Inspired by the biblical story of Daniel, who experienced a health transformation after 10 days of following a plant-based diet, the 10X Healthier in 10 Days Challenge is designed to help participants experience a similar transformation through simple yet effective lifestyle changes. The challenge is based on the six pillars of Lifestyle Medicine: nutrition, exercise, rest, stress management, avoidance of harmful substances, and healthy relationships. The challenge is guided by Dr. Mura, also known as “The Doctor of the Future,” who believes that the future of medicine lies in empowering individuals to take control of their own well-being.
